The annual festival marking the Masi theppam falls in the Tamil month of Masi.<\/p>\n<div id=\"inarticle_wrapper_div\"><\/div>\n<p>The Hindu Religious and Chairtable Endowment Department made elaborate arrangements for drawing water from various sources in the vicinity and set up a deep bore well for drawing water on the bunds of the tank.<\/p>\n<p class=\"_hoverrDone\">\u201cWe have been supplying water to the tank for the past one week but there has been a serious percolation of supply,\u201d an official source said on Wednesday.
