A visit to the presiding deity, Ganesha is considered auspicious on this day.<\/p>\n<p>The idol of Lord Ganesha was specially adorned at 9 am early in the morning. During the first \u2018Jatra\u2019 devotees had a comfortable glimpse of Lord Ganesha. According to the Hindu \u2018Panchang\u2019, there will be four \u2018Jatras\u2019 in the month of Chaitra this year, and on every \u2018Jatra\u2019 Lord Ganesha will have a different appearance.<\/p>\n<p>According to devotees sufficient arrangements for potable water were made by the temple management committee .
