(Photo: Twitter @<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ANI_news\">ANI_news<\/a>) <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"story-element-wrapper\">\n<div class=\"story-element story-element-text \">\n<div class=\"\">\n<p>TDB President Prayar Gopalakrishnan has said the Board had already written to the Guinness authorities in this regard.<\/p>\n<p>Devaswom Minister Kadakampally Surendran would inaugurate the felicitation programme, in which Forest Minister K Raju would confer the title upon the pachyderm.<\/p>\n<p>Dakshayani was gifted to the TDB by the erstwhile Travancore royals.
