Why has the court put so many restrictions on celebrating Dahi Handi? Why are similar restrictions not placed on the Moharram procession?\u201d the MNS chief said at a hurriedly called press conference.<\/p>\n<p>Thackeray was speaking out against the restrictions that the Supreme Court had placed on the maximum height of human pyramids for Dahi Handi and a ban on those below 18 years of age from participating in<\/p>\n<p>Thackeray claimed that people have have been taking cognizance of noise pollution during Hindu festivals but are mum when it comes to speaking out against speakers installed on mosques. \u201cThey have placed restrictions on Dahi Handi.
