Upanishads\ndeclare that who you are is – Life\nenergy that moves and expands itself.<\/em>\n This is a truth that one needs to internalize especially if you are\nover 60 as this declares the immortality of all of us.<\/p>\n\n\n \u201cConsciousness\nis the space where life energy moves and expands\u201d. This phrase\nneeds to be very clearly understood. The immortality of even the\npeople who have not realized they are immortal is declared in this\nverse, because \u2018Consciousness moves and expands\u2019. It does not\nsay \u2018where it dissolves or dies\u2019. No! You moved and expanded\nnever took birth or died.<\/p>\n\n\n Consider,\nfor example, the same vast land of planet earth, because each one is\nputting a fence, it becomes different. It becomes different person\u2019s\nland, group\u2019s land, and nations\u2019 land. Same way, in your life,\nthe idea of birth, youth, old age, and death, this fencing happens,\nbecause of corruption in love.\n<\/p>\n\n\n What\nwe call Love when it is fenced:<\/p>\n\n\n When\nthe life energy is moving and expanding itself in Consciousness, the\nsmell of the Consciousness is \u201cfriendliness\u201d. But when you\ndivide them, in different, different, packets, your life energy\nstarts feeling that, \u2018At one day, when these possibilities are all\ndenied to me, I am dead!\u2019\n<\/p>\n\n\n If\nyour life energy is made to believe that waking up in the morning,\nhaving your breakfast, have lunch and dinner, do a few activities,\nand sleeping is Life, it is a corruption that happened in the level\nof love. This corruption that happened in the love makes you believe\nthat at one time you will not be able to perform these activities and\nthat part of your life is \u201cdeath\u201d. Whatever you perceive or are\nunable to perceive, based on that, you define your life.\n<\/p>\n\n\n Life\nis not based on whatever you are able to perceive or unable to\nperceive; it is based on what exists. Sometimes, your mother may not\nshow friendliness. That does not mean she has lost her love for you.\n Sometimes the life energy may not provide the breakfast you want.\nThat does not mean it has killed you.<\/p>\n\n\n Actually,\nwhat you experience with your mother, beloved, the moment when you\nare in death-bed, everything is the same; but, with your fence, you\nseparate them, divide them, label them individually, differently.\nThat labelling makes you feel you have life or you don\u2019t have life.\n<\/p>\n\n\n If\nyou believe eating is life, when you are not able to eat any more due\nto diabetes or hypertension or any other obesity disease, you feel\nyour life is over, you are dead. If you think sex is life, when your\nbody is no more capable of performing, you think you are dead. So,\nwhatever fence you make and brand it, identify it as love, as life,\nthat concept corrupts the truth \u201cyou just move and expand in the\nspace\u201d.\n<\/p>\n\n\n Only\na person who understands this truth \u2013 \u2018I neither have life nor\nhave death\u2019 \u2013 can really renounce.
