A \u2018lagan mandap\u2019 was also set up and decorated in which \u2018Lagna\u2019 and \u2018Pheres\u2019 were performed according to Hindu marriage traditions. During the procession, flowers were showered by a flower canon. Around 50,000 people participated in this grand feast.
