After attempting to mislead the death of IB sleuth Ankit Sharma, during the recent Delhi anti-Hindu riots<\/a>, by saying that he was \u2018believed to be beaten to death\u2019, The Wire has deliberately tried to shield the Muslim mobs by watering down the brutal torture and murder of Dilbar Singh Negi by saying that he \u2018died of burn injuries<\/em>\u2019. <\/p>\n\n\n

In an article dated March 6th, 2020, headlined, \u201cHere Are the Names of People Killed in the Delhi Riots\u201d, the Wire staff mentioned the names and details of 50 people who have lost their lives in the recent Delhi communal riots. <\/p>\n\n\n

Like IB officer Ankit Sharma, Dilbar Negi’s name was also mentioned in The Wire\u2019s report at number 17, but the reason for his death has been mentioned as \u2018died of burn injuries\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n

The leftist portal has tried to scale down the magnitude of cruelity and savagery inflicted on 20-year-old Dilbar Singh Negi on February 24 during the Delhi anti-Hindu riots. <\/p>\n\n\n

Dilbar Singh Negi did not simply \u2018die of burn injuries\u2019. He was burnt alive by a Muslim mob after his limbs were cut off with a sword. <\/p>\n\n\n

The rioters, after cutting his hands and feet, threw the rest of his body into the burning fire. <\/p>\n\n\n
