{"id":80737,"date":"2016-02-26T09:58:58","date_gmt":"2016-02-26T09:58:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/globalpress.hinduismnow.org?p=2223&amp;preview_id=2223"},"modified":"2016-02-26T09:58:58","modified_gmt":"2016-02-26T09:58:58","slug":"hinduism-would-be-revived-dpm-thapa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/globalpress-new.hinduismnow.org\/?p=80737","title":{"rendered":"Hinduism would be revived: DPM Thapa"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs Kamal Thapa today said Hinduism would be revived in the country using the rights guaranteed by the constitution.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Speaking at a function organised in Dhangadhi, Deputy Prime Minister Thapa said massive decline in cultural and religious activities was intolerable. \u201cWe will launch a campaign for the revival of Hinduism in the country,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u201cAlthough more than 90 per cent of the population follow Hinduism, their voices have not been heard properly. However, we do not want bypass any other religion. There must be mutual respect and co-existence among people from all walks of life, irrespective of religion,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Thapa expressed concern about growing imitation of foreign culture and religion in the country.
