When the owner of handle at heart of controversy went to Borhanuddin Police Station to file the GD, he got a phone call and the caller asked him to pay extortion money, said police.
Police arrested the caller, Sharif, from Patuakhali and another person named Emon from Borhanuddin upazila on Friday night. Both of them were involved in hacking the youth’s Facebook account, said police.
Despite this, the violence has taken it’s toll on local Hindus and their life and limb are in danger as we speak.
