An unknown woman setting fire to a Hindu flag outside a Queens temple revealed in a video and investigations are going on regarding the incident as a possible hate crime.

Surveillance video released by cops shows that a woman with dark hair and sporting a baseball cap munching on a sandwich outside Shri Tulsi Mandir on 111th St. near 103rd Ave. in Richmond Hill about 7:40 p.m. last Thursday.

After a few seconds, the woman takes out a lighter and sets the bottom of a flag on fire, as the video shows.

However, the fire was quickly extinguished and didn’t spread to the building, officials said.

Worshipers at Shri Tulsi Mandir, which holds weddings, ceremonies and other events celebrating Hindu culture, told police the flag honors the Hindu goddess Durga and the Durga Puja festival, which celebrates the victory of good over evil.

Cops are looking for the culprit and asking the public’s help identifying her. The NYPD’s Hate Crime Task Force is investigating.
