PATHANAMTHITTA:  Arrangements were completed for the conduct of the 104th Ayroor-Cherukolppuzha Hindu Convention, organised under the auspices of Ayroor Hindumtha Mahamadalam, on the sand-bed of Pampa river at Ayroor Sree Vidhyadhiraja Nagar near Kozhencherry from February 7 to 14.

Addressing a news conference, Mahamandalam president T N Upendranatha Kurup and secretary M P Sasidharan Nair said the convention would be inaugurated by Mahamandaleswar Swami Divyananda Saraswathi of Rishikesh Kailasa Ashramam at 3 pm on February 7. Former Union Minister O Rajagopal would preside over the function.

Union HRD Minister Smiriti Irani would inaugurate the women’s meet at 3 pm on February 13 and Union Water Resources Minister Umabharati would inaugurate the valedictory function at 3 pm on  February 14.
