Prime Minister Narendra Modi will unveil the one of its kind 112-feet tall Lord statue of Lord Shiva’s face, at Isha Foundation, in Coimbatore on February 24, coinciding with Maha Shivaratri. This news comes amidst the protests by environmental groups against the foundation for violating ecological norms. The foundation, however, has maintained that it has got all the necessary permissions.
