Dhule : Lashkar-e-Taiba’s terrorist Ishrat Jahan was portrayed as a martyr by the then Congress Government and former Home Minister P. Chidambaram, besides CBI officers for their selfish interests and patriotic police officers were imprisoned. Judicial inquiry should be conducted into this matter and the concerned persons should be severely punished, demanded Dr. Yogesh Patil of ‘Yoga Vedanta Seva Samiti’ during demonstrations held under auspices of ‘Rashtriya Hindu Andolan’ on 19th March.
Shri. Vilas Rajput of ‘Swadeshi Jagaran Manch’ said, “In a novel titled ‘Draupadi’ authored by Dr. Yarallagada Lakshmiprasad, there is perverted matter written about Shrikrushna and Draupadi; therefore, ‘Padmabhushan’ award conferred on him should be withdrawn.”
Shri. Yash Yadav and Nikhil Wagh of ‘Sonya Maruti Mitra Mandal’, Nayan Sakhare, Harshal Wankhede, Sushil Ahirrao, Kapil Jadhav, Hemant Thorat from Shaninagar area and Shri. Sandip Mali of Construction Workers’ Union were present. Later, representation was submitted to Dy. District Collector, Tukaram Hulawale. He patiently listened to the demands of activists.

4. Few reporters compiled news about the demonstrations and published it in local newspapers along with photographs.
