The three seers who were put under house arrest on early Saturday morning are Mahant Raju Das of Hanumangarhi Temple, Mahant Paramhans Das of Tapaswi Chhawni Temple and Rakesh Dutt Mishra, the president of Hindu Mahasabha, Reported by Firstpost
Ayodhya: The Ayodhya administration on Saturday, put three Hindu seers under house arrest, as they said to greet the Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray with black flag ahead of his visit, said police.
The seers said like this because Uddhav Thackeray formed government in Maharashtra with the help of people who had labeled Lord Ram as an imaginary figure. So Keeping Hindu sentiments in mind the saints have given this statement.
The holy saints argue that if Maharashtra CM has joined hands with people who do not believe in Lord Ram’s existence, then how he can visit Ram Temple after completing successful 100 days as Maharashtra CM.
The three seers who were put under house arrest on early Saturday morning are Mahant Raju Das of Hanumangarhi Temple, Mahant Paramhans Das of Tapaswi Chhawni Temple and Rakesh Dutt Mishra, the president of Hindu Mahasabha, as said by Ayodhya Senior Superintendent of police Ashish Tiwari.
Sources said three teams of police personnel plunged into the houses of the three saints and put them into house arrest with the administration order and left after deploying a few policemen outside their residences to prevent them from stepping out the house.
Several seers have now raised the demand to wash the entire temple premises with ‘Ganga jal’ to purify the temple premises as Uddhav Thackeray has joined hands with people who does not believe in the existence of Lord Ram.
