A Hindu Nationalist politician, journalist and writer, Arun Shourie is admired by Hindutva and right wing supporters a whole lot. Although he was heavily criticized by BJP supporters recently for having turned a critic of PM Modi to some degree, Arun Shourie is still respected by a big chunk of Hindutva and right wing supporters for his literary works.

Here, we present you a clip from one of his lectures, in which is makes a direct comparison and starts with the statement – “the greatness of Hinduism is because it doesn’t have a prophet and a central authority.”
