Faridabad, Haryana: Despite stringent law against cattle smuggling, the criminals are not mending their ways and have become more violent in their methods.

In latest incidents, the cattle smugglers fired upon gau rakshak when they were caught stealing cow in Scorpio. Despite the danger, the gau rakshak kept chasing the scorpio and eventually the thrives abandoned the Scorpio and managed to give them slip. The police has impounded the vehicle and case has been registered.
