Amid the outbreak of Corona pandemic , the Pakistani Hindus are being subjected to the most inhumane levels of religious bigotry and persecution.

When thousands of poor people had gathered at Rehrri Ghoth in Karachi to receive food supplies and daily essentials, Hindus were told to go back since the rations were meant only for Muslims.

Sindh government had issued an order to distribute ration during lockdown through local NGOs and administration to daily wage workers and laborers.

Hindus were told that they were not eligible for having food supplies since it was only meant for Muslims, said activists.
The reason for this is that Zakat, Islamic alms giving (one of Islam’s five pillars), is reserved for Muslims.

This form of monstrous discrimination shows the deep seated hatred and contempt that has been cultivated through Islamic indoctrination among the Pakistani Muslims against the Hindus.
