Chayan Chaterjee, Great grandson of sir Ashutosh Mukherji, tweeted on his Twitter handle on 6 March, about the vulnerable effects of Delhi anti-Hindu riots.
He tweeted, “The anti-CAA lobby’s ideology of hatred has not even spared vulnerable refugees who’ve already lost everything! “
He also shared a video along with a video clip where a Hindu refugee woman is speaking about the miserable conditions, they are facing because of Delhi anti-Hindu riots.
The woman recounts the deadly Delhi anti-Hindu riots and expressing her grief on how they are living under threat due to what happened in Delhi last month.
She is also heard saying that in Pakistan Hindus are worst treated as Hindus are not regarded as human beings in Pakistan.
The North-East Delhi riots, also known as Delhi anti-Hindu riots has began in the Jafrabad area of North-East Delhi on the night of 23 February 2020. Reportedly the violent riot caused death of 53 people.
